The Doxo Provider Portal served as a communication point between companies and users and enabled them to quickly upload and distribute bills and documents. Users could then use the web app or native mobile apps to pay bills in one consolidated location. The goal of the Doxo provider portal was to make it easy for companies to go paper free and allow their users to catalog and pay their bills from the internet.
My role as Sr. UX Designer was to work with the product team to design features for both the Doxo Provider Portal and the Doxo Provider Web Application. I built prototypes and worked with Doxo customers to refine the designs before shipping features. I collaborated with the development team on the designs and provided high fidelity comps and redlines for the CSS and HTML.
